you get this as a quest reward for the Old Ebonheart Thieves Guild quests and yeah no notes, this is a perfect reference. It'd be weird if the guy just gave you Telvanni Bug Musk because that'd be too basic of a reward and this got a giggle out of me and now it's gonna sit proudly in my collection as something I'll never use cause I don't need to, stats and attributes are all pretty much maxed out on this nerevarine.
I've been really loving the Old Ebonheart "content", the thieves guild questline in Old Ebonheart is genuinely better than the one in Oblivion, Skyrim and even Morrowind's in the way it's written, there's gang warfare shit, and you get to be a tricksy thief who charms their way around crime bosses, infiltrates high society parties, it's just a blast. argh there's so much great stuff, and there's multiple solutions to that part of the questline too with the gang warfare, I picked the poison wine one cause it was too hilarious not to.
