Build a wiring diagram for this monstrosity
I only have a 16x2 BNC patch panel and I don't think I can make it super clean, there might be cables dangling out the front that need to be hot plugged depending on use.
from top to bottom:
- Time Based Corrector (actually two TBCs in a trenchcoat)
- Betacam SP deck
- Some weird thing taking up space but isn't being hooked up afaik
- PVM 1
- PVM 2
- KVM with fold out keyboard/monitor (for issues when I can't remote into the PC)
- Black Magic capture breakout panel
- DVC Deck
- DVC Pro deck
- Umatic deck
- SVHS deck
- PC
The idea is that we can use the patch panel to easily interconnect devices for ripping tapes. Theoretically we'd be using only the outputs of the devices on the regular, but we'd want inputs to be easily accessible if possible.
