I bought a package of "sauerkraut beef" flavor ramen as a joke and friends the joke is on me, this stuff is not enjoyable. Oh mercy. It isn't spicy but it BURNS and I don't know how.

salt maybe. might be over seasoned or acidic. they may have put some Citric acid powder to get the sauerkraut tanginess
