I had this idea once for a wayyyyy too ambitious game, an MMO where everyone was a different sort of craftsperson. Tailor, blacksmith, etc. And your abilities and stuff would all be craft related. And everyone would have to rely on other players for items. Like if you want custom weapons a blacksmith makes it for you, custom clothes a tailor makes it, chefs prepare food (healing items) etc.
Maybe some basics available from NPCs but everything else would be player to player

Class titles ranking from novice to dabbler to hobbyist to apprentice to journeyman to master etc
