A village in an arid, distant region of the domain is being tormented by a wild coven of witches riding upon strange machines, made of smoke-belching pipes, roaring engines, and two wheels. They ride in every night when the moon is full, destroying property, lighting fires, stealing, and hurling curses at any person fool enough to try and stand up to them. Someone has to stop them - but how, when their terrifying mounts are faster than any horse?
