The don't believe any of these are watercolor. The ones that are thick are oil.

Ah, I kept my machine so clean. How nostalgic.

Edit

Okay actually, I take that back. The quin purple or magenta is watercolor. I NEVER made an oil batch that large and just let it slide down that way - it has to be watercolor. Watercolor grinds were way faster except for hematite.

That wheat color is called titanium buff. It's sort of a warm off white. I really like it.

More oil paints. The mixture comes off the machine so slowly that if I let it flow to the bucket beneath I would wait all day, so I scooped it off with a giant pallet knife.

Edit

I am trying to figure out what the fuck is going on in that picture with the titanium buff. I'm running it over blue. That apron is BLUE. What the fuck happened?

I wonder if the blue batch was off and this isn't buff at all, but just binder without paint to clean the rollers. I have no memory of that day at ALL. What the fuck was I doing??

This is evidence of an INCREDIBLE close call that I didn't even know I had. I genuinely don't know when it occured

That notch in my fingernail has a specific profile. It's a match for the blade of our TABLE SAW. I APPARENTLY managed to get a nick from the spinning table saw without:

  1. noticing
  2. hurting myself
  3. setting off the saw stop, which I know from experience WILL go off at the touch of skin

That's a hat trick!!

Good lord there's near misses and there's near misses, whew. That would have been genuine mayhem.
