Iaso (EYE-uh-so), adiegetically named after a daughter of Aesclepius, is a surgeon and witch of our GM's homebrew Cubi species (though mechanically, she is a tiefling with kashrishi ancestry). All Cubi feed on emotion, and Iaso is habitually addicted to her favorite, Mortal Relief. As a professional surgeon in a trade city, she gorged herself on patients for decades before realizing that her perfect life had driven her away from any friendship or romance in her life.
She named a successor, quit her job, and hit the road. If she couldn't live with some other muse, she'd find some people who are constantly experiencing relief from mortal peril: Adventurers.
