Wario Land 3 (GBC) has some ditties I always think about. They definitely feel like they're dealing with hardware limitations, but they spark joy, regardless.
Donkey Kong '94's OST is a lot of fun. Not the most intricate music out there, but it does a great job of setting a cartoony vibe.
Except the final boss theme. That just goes hard as hell.
Also wanna shoutout the main theme from Kwirk. It's the platonic ideal of a jaunty little tune.
