I needed to make sure I got this in there because it's the funniest image to end your commercial breaks with. It's comically literal and also it reminds me of Degrassi, a potent combo.
Episode 2 introduces our other protagonist Bernard and he's adorable. Never has a guy who is a soldier for a fascist space army been so cute. Right before this particular commercial break he's making puppydog eyes at his CO because he has to do army stuff and right after the break it's immediately cut to Al, the small child, making the exact same face as he gets scolded for bad grades.
