The third of my OCs that I actually designed personally. This is all the deep lore, but I thought up July as sort of an inspiration and mentor character for Pewter. Someone they looked up to, who inspired them to do magic and be themself. So naturally I thought, what is the coolest kind of lady I could imagine, which was a chubby trans girl with total confidence in herself and her body. That meant she inevitably came to represent my most feminine side, and I couldn't not make her a thing.
I gave her time powers to contrast with Pewter's space powers. I use an icon of her in a good few place because she kinda best represents the persona I put forth on social media tbh. I need for SFW art of her.
