It's one of the insults he uses in-game; I'm pretty sure it's to call them infinitely small and insignificant.
I bought a TWEWY ds cart last year. I never got around to playing it tho. I should really do that
I just played it for the first this past week (also the DS version). It's very good! I haven't played the sequel yet, though.
Haha I actually bought it because I started to play the sequel and was like “this doesn’t require the first one but i am compelled to experience that first” and now both are unplayed.
