The Last Band On Earth is my current graphic novel in progress, about a noise rock band trapped in a semi-post-apocalyptic city run by demons. The band wants to escape so they can go on tour in whatever might be left of the world, and this whole thing may or may not be a thinly-veiled metaphor for depression. (Issue #1 is also a Joe Shuster Award winner, how about that!)

Hello, everyone! For the past 3 years (give or take) I've been working on a graphic novel called The Last Band On Earth. It's about a noise rock band trapped in a semi-post-apocalyptic city/world run by demons - this may or may not also be a thinly-veiled metaphor for depression.
People really seem to dig it (I'm happy about that, as I confess I was pretty close to quitting comics before I started working on it)
It's taking me a little longer to finish the whole book than I'd like, and now I'm in that uncomfortable situation where I have almost 100 copies of issue #4, and only 7 copies of issue #3. I still need to be able to sell issues 1-4 at comic shows until I can get the completed book finished - that's where you come in!
