As per my last post, I've started a sketchbook of drawings made entirely with cheap art materials from the dollar store. (I had this idea about 12 years ago and I'm surprised no one's beaten me to it in that time, as far as I'm aware)
The cover is a bit of a cheat, as I used my drafting tools, lightbox, and a scrap of Staples cardstock (plus the obnoxious neon yellow tape came from Michael's), but everything was still drawn with the dollar store materials.
And of course, I have become obsessed with this new project to the exclusion of all else (ie, MY ACTUAL PROJECTS I'm meant to be working on), and have filled 10 pages in 5 days
I don't really know what I'm gonna do with all this art when I'm done, I was gonna put them on my Patreon ( https://www.patreon.com/cuckoosnestpress ), but trying to get people to sign up for that is like pulling teeth, soooo...maybe I'll just put everything on my various socials, idk ¯_(ツ)_/¯
