Eating a hot dog during an interview is a risk tbh - you might prove yourself quite worthy to your prospective employer from your sheer willpower and gracefulness, but there might be another candidate that eats one way better than you do and that'll reflect poorly on you - worse than if you hadn't had a hot dog at all.
