Y'know when you play an online game and you go for a gimmick build, like a necromancer summoner or something that's like, not really the meta, but you enjoy it a lot?
Like you can't do a lot of the super high level stuff, but you have a lot of fun doing it, and it's the only way you can really think of playing the game anymore.
And then the devs push out some bullshit 'balance' patch that just guts the build for no real reason, even tho it was, like, not at all a meta build, while also buffing a class that you know for a fact was OP as hell and now they're just even more unnecessarily favored, and the game is basically ruined for you now?
yeah that's kind of how being an artist rn feels
