We're not religious (we have no idea what our religious stance would be called), but we are somewhat spiritual in that we support the belief in souls and spiritual places and connections and so on~
It's explicitly a chosen belief, in that it can be used for theories to explain things, and also be used as a thought device for analogies and such, but we choose to believe in it because it makes things feel more special to us, somewhat like how being otherkin and such makes us happy.
We love feely things, pretty things, emotional things, the idea that we're really 8 souls in one body and we're otherkin because those are just our true forms and we want to be happy and express our true selves, is a really fun idea that makes us feel really comfortable and valid <3
