I enjoy doing worldbuilding a lot and have a big sci-fi setting with magic I've been building for over a decade now

If you want to know more places to find me,
ask me on discord! I don't bite (unless you want me to :3)

This is a non-exhaustive list that will be updated on occasion!

(a note on loaders: assume all mods marked as being on fabric also work on quilt! quilt is designed to be compatible with fabric mods, mods that don't work on quilt will be marked as such)

  • Farmer's Delight by vectorwing
A charming little food and cooking focused mod that adds a small handful of new crops, as well as a number of dishes that can be cooked with them. It has built-in cross-compatibility with a handful of other mods on this list as well. There's also plenty of addons, such as ones that add tea, alcohol brewing, or a couple more crops and associated dishes.
It can be found on curseforge and modrinth
    Loaders: Forge, Fabric (unofficial port)

  • Spelunkery by astralordana
This mod adds a number of tweaks and new features to the subterranean side of minecraft, such as adding new large veins for more ores, and adding magnetite which, among other things, can be used in an alternate lodestone recipe. It has quite a lot of features and a wiki, so I won't list everything it adds here, but it's a really nice mod for if you like to mine or if you find that side of the game has gotten a little stale.
It can be found on curseforge and modrinth
    Loaders: Forge, Fabric

  • Sully's Mod by goesbysully
Adds a number of smaller features, such as lanternfish spawning in caves, jade ore found under jungle biomes, and copper buttons that give longer pulses the more oxidized they are. Has cross-compatibility with Farmer's Delight, with lanternfish being able to be filleted and used to make lanternfish rolls.
It can be found on curseforge and modrinth
    Loaders: Forge

  • Immersive Weathering by astralordana
Makes the world a bit more dynamic by having grass grow, fires leave behind ash, leaves pile up under trees, and a rather large number of other features. Like the previous mod listed from this modder, it has a wiki.
It can be found on curseforge and modrinth
    Loaders: Forge, Fabric

  • Yttr by unascribed
A tech-adjacent vanilla overhaul mod that seeks to capture the feeling you might have gotten using early tech mods back on 1.4 and earlier. While it has many features (and more in-progress), I think it's best shown off by its trailer on its wiki.
It can be found on curseforge, modrinth, and gitea
    Loaders: Fabric

  • Requiem by pyrofab
An overhaul of minecraft's death system, which allows players to leave their body on death and possess a new one. There's a bit more to it than that, but any info you want on it can be found on its wiki.
It can be found on curseforge
    and modrinth
    Loaders: Quilt

  • Hex Casting by petrak@
A magic mod which is very much like programming a stack machine. Except at the end of running through your commands it can blow things up or teleport you or what have you. It uses amethyst (or your own health :3) as fuel for spells, and has a bit of lore as to how it functions - all information on that and how to use it can be found in its in-game documentation book.
