fun fact: you know those little circular saw things they use to cut off casts that cut through the cast super easy but not your skin?
well the reason they don't cut through your skin is because the blade doesn't actually spin - it oscillates. it oscillates just enough to where it can cut through the plaster, but your skin's elasticity means it doesn't get cut. pretty neat
