i think vintage story should introduce more vine-growing crops and stuff for them
like, we've got pumpkins as a ground vine. that's neat! they're interesting to grow. im thinking things like grapes, though, where you grow them on a trellis - maybe even treating them a bit like a fruit tree, where they dont die save for from temperatures getting too hot or cold, and regularly produce fruit under the right conditions. that sorta crop
also maybe some decorative flowers that can grow like this. i would love to be able to grow some wisteria for decorative purposes, for example
also!! aside from being used for growing plants on, a trellis could maybe be useful early-game (pre- metal tools of any sort) for making windows that arent just open for things to come through but can still be seen out of
