I enjoy doing worldbuilding a lot and have a big sci-fi setting with magic I've been building for over a decade now
Deleted my account the moment he bought it, I knew where it was going and wasn't interested in the slightest.
A lot of people are stubborn, and can't see an inch in front of their noses. They don't see themselves as collaborators, but they are.
It's really wild to me some of the creators I follow that have not just moved on from it to something else, people who are very successful and do not at all rely on it for continued success and could be bringing their followers to another platform. I assumed way more folks would've left much faster.
any time someone mentions to me they saw something on twitter i automatically give them the side-eye. like how on earth are people putting up with All That just for the objectively worst social media experience known to man
I think on some level, people are more creatures of habit than they'd like to admit. When a space becomes terrible, instead of going somewhere else, a lot of people will change to fit the space instead.
That's something I've definitely noticed with a lott of my friends who still use the site.
i ended up leaving when i realized that it wasnt going to crumble immediately, im just surprised there are so many people who still post there even when the stink is very much on it at this point
It's so fucking disappointing to see people you used to respect still using that site
