Split question for dragon therian/otherkin and dragon characters/fursonas.
If you're therian/otherkin: How'd you figure out your kintype, and was it always a dragon?
Dragon characters/fursonas: Were you born a dragon or did you suddenly become one?
therian-stuff i'd always really identified with dragons but figuring out. all that stuff. came more recently with designing my current self
as for the sorta character i've built for myself - was created as a magical experiment, originally had no body at all and was entirely non-physical, eventually figured out how to manifest a body and it naturally took on a dragon shape
