thinking about fantasy setting siege engines along the lines of "this particular group has started doing industrial stuff and is using that for fucked up purposes". think the drill from atla for example. but im specifically thinking about that in context of "what if that happened in dwarf fortress"
and so, my accursed concept for a terrible weapon of warfare: The Fortress Grinder
A massive, mobile behemoth, the front covered in drills and made to almost resemble a maw of jagged teeth. There are a few spots where one might manage to fit through the digging surface, connected to internal passages lined with all manner of dangerous traps. Siege forces pour out of it in force after it rips its way through even the strongest of walls.
