It's been confirmed now that Pokemon Home will not be compatible with Pokemon Scarlet and Violet until the spring of next year. If you were wondering why my scream of frustration passed over the globe like a warm wind.

I, personally, can't find myself parting with it specifically because I've been transferring some of the same Pokemon from game to game for YEARS and I'd hate to lose them. But I totally get it.

I'm really bummed too because I actually had a specific team I always liked going through the games with. It wasn't like a powerful team but it was ones that younger me always imagined myself roaming around with and it became like a tradition.

I did something like that right up until they stopped being on the 3DS - at the time, I couldn't afford a switch, so I thought that's where my pokemon journey would end for the time being. Then I heard that I couldn't bring most if not all of my favorites to S&S anyway, so I just started "generation 2" of my pokemon team. I still have the old one in Alola, and they're still very precious to me.
