Right now I can't think of a good anime that had a bad end. Bad animes with bad ends don't need changing because they got the ending they deserve.
Um I guess end death note at part one? It just wasn't as good without L. Though I don't think it was amazing anyway. I really liked the way the original live action movies did it.
