I like messy braids and buns and think they suit me well, and I wish they didn't take more effort than just doing nothing with my hair, which ironically looks neater. Someone come and do my hair for me every few days, please.

I had a similar issue in high school and college before I discovered that I personally was meant to have buzz to pixie-length hair. If your hair is similar to mine in texture (which it might based on the picture and you having an easier time just leaving it than trying to put it up), I have some tips on how to do things that look nice when you want to look more polished. Both leaving it down and fancy “ballet buns”and everything in between. Does your hair have some natural body and wave, maybe even some curls but never any fully formed ringlets? hopefully this isn’t overly forward as a first interaction minutes after following you, I’ve ended up on your page like 3 different times in the last couple weeks and clicked off to something else while scrolling your posts before going back up and clicking follow on yours lmao
I don't think my hair texture is making things more difficult, to be clear; I'm just lazy (and also chronically fatigued). But I would be interested in those tips, anyway, and I bet others also would be, so you should put them in a post!
