So this is something I doodled while I was dealing with burnout a few weeks ago! Yes, all of these characters are autistic, including Delros and the pink-furred Dragon Elf woman behind everyone else (who is my sona, Esora Ogramira!). Delros was originally gonna be neurotypical, but then he not only wrote himself to the point where he infodumped wayyyyy too often to be neurotypical, he also "told" me that he is autistic and has inattentive ADHD! Apparently, I'm too neurodivergent to write neurotypical characters! Go figure, lol! 🤣

Okay, but I was going for a "Don't talk to me or any of my children ever again" kind of vibe with this image. So now, for Autism Acceptance Month, you folks here on Cohost get to bear the curse that is this silly little shitpost!

Oh, also, I somehow managed to inflame my right rotator cuff for the third time since it first got inflamed last year in May. So I'm kinda keeping myself from drawing until it can finally heal, yet again. 😔

So, I'm Esora! I'm a very autistic and ADHD cis woman (I prefer she/her pronouns, but I'm okay with being referred to with they/them pronouns.)!

I'm currently unemployed (hoping to change that soon), with my main focus right now being on writing my series of high-urban fantasy-adventure stories and then turning them into a webcomic series! The title of the overarching series is The Fenrathae Saga (after the Universe it takes place in), and the current title of Volume 1 is Of Teal Eyes and Orange Lightning (a reference to the prophecy that the main character is a part of and the fact that he is a demigod reborn)! So far, I'm well into the first draft of Volume 1 with 36 chapters and 196,898 words in the draft, but I still have several scenes to add, several scenes to rewrite, and several scenes to edit. I will be posting concept art and concept designs for the characters in the first volume of The Fenrathae Saga! I'll also be sharing worldbuilding and lore about the four worlds in The Universe of Fenrathae!

OH! Also, each of the three main protagonists of each volume in The Fenrathae Saga will be neurodivergent and queer in some way. So far, Kae (the main character of Volume 1, pronounced kai) is autistic and had inattentive ADHD, as does his girlfriend, Ellira. They;re both bisexual, with Kae being slightly more attracted to men and masculine-presenting folks, and Ellira being slightly more attracted to women and feminine-presenting folks. Lerosenn has inattentive ADHD, and is asexual homoromantic. Each character's neurodivergence and sexual orientation has an impact on how the story is told, while not being the primary focus of the story. So if you want to see some queer and neurodivergent rep in a webcomic when Volume 1 is ready to be turned into a webcomic, then feel free to follow me here! My special interests include learning about man-made and natural disasters, frogs and other amphibians, Minecraft, Dungeon Crawl Classics/D&D/Pathfinder/TTRPGs, and webcomics. My hyperfixations, as of right now, are learning about radiological disasters, volcanic eruptions, and earthquakes, playing the Minecraft mod Pixelmon (the 1.16.5 version), drawing my OCs, and playing Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning on my Steam Deck.
