Just for fun, I'm gonna call my shot on how I think the final ep will play out. Shout out to @MoreCivilized, who gave me a lot of the ideas.

Everyone shows up for Maarva's funeral. The isb don't get Andor, who is too smart to he caught, but they do positively id luthen via Bix.

Cassian and luthen meet up after the funeral. Maybe cinta almost kills him, and luthen stops her. Cassian has stuck around because he's discovered what happened to Bix, and he feels its his duty to save her. He promises to swear the vow if they help him get her out.

Cassian, Vel and Cinta use the tunnels we heard Maarva talking about to head into the prison. Meanwhile, the isb close a noose around luthen. They 're about to catch him, but Syril Karn gets there first. He shoots luthen, and gets taken away by the isb to be put in prison.

Cassian succeeds in freeing Bix, but feels horrible about luthen' s death. He swears the oath with vel and cinta, and the season ends. (maybe he takes luthen's ship?)

((total other option, but I did wonder after Syril's awful love confession if cassian would end up killing dedre in front of Syril, absolutely cementing Andor as his eternal nemesis. It feels a bit too hacky for this show, but I don't want to 100% discount the possibility)

in reply to @Evegoldenwoods's post:

I love hearing Andor theories! I also highly suspect Luthen will die next episode, though I feel pretty uncertain about other characters. I think it's going to be a bloodbath though, with Rebels, ISB, and Syril all converging on Ferrix at the same time to get to Cassian.

I think Bix is, functionally speaking, dead already. Like they could get her away from the ISB, save her from being hanged by them, but the Imperials already destroyed the person she was and any possibility for inner peace, much less happiness or ability for social connection or a livelihood of any kind. I think it's going to devastate Andor even more when he realizes that--she's like Nemik, and it was always already going to be too late. Even worse, there likely isn't anything physically wrong with her. What the ISB did to her was worse than that. I agree he'll try to rescue her if he finds out what happened, though, and those tunnels will probably end up being relevant somehow.

I don't think it would make much sense to kill Dedra off there, especially not for Syril's sake because he's not really much of a danger to Andor by himself. I think Syril's obsession with Andor is enough to drive him to be a thorn in his side so I don't think he needs more motivation to do that anyway. I do wonder if Syril will die, though--not because of Dedra but because he does something pivotal like revealing Luthen's involvement to the ISB in the episode and thus serves his narrative purpose. Of course it could be he'll somehow end up gaining rank and prestige and have more resources to pursue his obsession, but I'm not sure that would really be a very interesting direction to take him.
