Eggnog biscotti. The least good. The appeal of biscotti is that they crunch and snap, and the glaze used in this version takes that away. Also, could have had more flavour.

Almond chocolate sandwich biscuits. Absolutely delicious. Great mix of flavours, rich without being overwhelming. But the recipe I used only made eight of the dang things. Would make again for sure, but would seriously mess with ratios and amounts.

Chocolate shortbread. Perfect. Light, with a hint of cinnamon. A top tier biscuit. The recipe gets you to mix butter and icing sugar until they're basically a buttercream frosting, and then fold in the other ingredients, and it works great. Would be a lot less fun without a stand mixer though.
