Mother 3, Tazmilly Village's whole shtick in the beginning.

Tales of Vesperia, where society outside of the Empire is literally anarcho-syndicalism. The Guilds organize society but they aren't strictly "authoritative" in any real sense and don't have formal leaders, nor are you required to be in one. The game has some interesting critiques about the specifics but in a fairly sympathetic manner.

Xenoblade Chronicles X where an alien species that's characterized as being Extremely Normal is also explicitly anarchist like it's a common sense thing to them.

I have been thinking a lot recently about how final fantasy xiv actually deals with a lot of themes of anarchism and like, organizing under anarchism (which i admittedly have only recently learned is not an oxymoron) and I'm fascinated by it because i assume it's completely unintentional from the writers? But maybe I'm not giving them enough credit who knows. I wish i knew enough japanese to be able to discuss this with Japanese people, i have a lot of questions
