They have that, it's called Dollar General / Family Dollar. (not dollar tree, the store where things are ACTUALLY a dollar...)
They sell small portions of stuff for only a little cheaper than full size from a normal store, and they've basically taken over every small town in the middle of nowhere. They're basically economic vultures.
