literally have not been able to stop thinking about this ever since I put it into words... I think I'll stop by a farm supply store in town tomorrow, they have actual collars and bells for goats and other farm animals. I'll just be sure to take my own measurement ahead of time so I'm not one of those people trying on collars in a non-kink store then looking someone dead in the eye and saying it's for my pet.
