its funny how web design has become so hostile, so many pages are so bogged down with cruft to the point that sometimes the ads never have a chance to load.

a site i visited recently (on mobile) kept jumping me around the page to different ad slots which were just blank. and sure it made that website unreadable but it was also very funny.
