over the past few weeks, they tried me in the email department and im both kicking ass & enjoying it
so this week they're trying a new policy for who can schedule consultations between doctors to try and get authorizations approved, and Ya Boy is on that list of who can
however i do NOT think this is working as they intended. there's a room of 10 of us getting like maybe 2 calls per hour. we could all be doing something way more productive. all of this just bc the newbies keep making mistakes with scheduling. also i hate it because i cant d othe emails, instead i gotta sit anxiously and wait for calls to come through. so far i've had two that the provider wasnt happy with the timeframe we had and they both ended up being 30+ minute calls.
