im not trying to lose weight or anything but i am trying to become a stronk bear & gain stamina
today is day 2 of trying to make a daily routine out of it, i am trying to do something cardio-related every other day (for now, playing the video game just dance until i feel like i cant anymore), with a bit of like weight lifting and weight exercises daily. i just want to be sstrong and get some stamina, haha
