This is a fun one!
- To start with myself, I've been thinking about the potentials of impish magic recently. With (mundane) hypnosis and yo-yo stuff being things that are established "Cradle is good at", magic really doesn't need to be one. So I was thinking, what if I can do it, but it will go wrong. Maybe it's not even like a me thing, maybe that's just how it works for imps. If you want something done right, summon a bigger demon. And I think that impish magic would have to include TF stuff, although I'd be unsure on the bounds.
- The pooltoy: I couldn't possibly paraphrase the mechanics better than it has already written. I can add that it very much does enjoy doing so. Its permagrin is definitely the appropriate expression for that.
- Luna: First off, wearing Luna can feel like a transformation in itself, with her routing sensations straight to you, hiding the layers of latex the encase you. But more literally, she can actually change you, though only into a renamon, latex or not. I'm not sure exactly how she feels on it, but she wouldn't have added it as a detail if she didn't think it was fun to do at least sometimes.
- Taliesenn: Innately, no powers. Through the power of alchemy, probably the strongest and most controllable power of the lot of us.1 The downside is prep time of course. Calling it a shrug on what she thinks of it, I don't have any memories of her thinking about it to look back on.
- Sparkles: No, casting illusions to convince people they are or have transformed into another form does not count as transformation magic. Nonetheless, Sparkles does enjoy doing that.
- Echo: Unknown on innate powers, but thanks to the ridiculously broad scope of its imagination powers, it could pull it off. Print out a brightly coloured sticker reading "TF RAY" and stick it on any kind of toy gun, and it can go wild. Or just the classic Calvin and Hobbes transmogrifier.
We think about this a lot.

Fun fact: the Alchemist in @FaeAlchemist refers to alchemy for transformative purposes, and it was originally a characteristic of our first fursona Leo.
