I love to make these posts and I will keep making these. It's fun to just jot down ideas whenever I have them and compile them up into a list like this. As always, feel free to do whatever you want with these if you wanna, although do tell me because that'd be super cool to see.
- Umbrella that remains fixed in space relative to whoever opened it when opened, floating next to them as they walk around.
- A glass that "when filled with water, turns it green" but even if just a little bit of water is poured into it, it turns green... it's not exactly clear how odd that is.
- A "contact juggling ball" made of glass that corrects your vision when you look through it.
- A dart that passes through any vertically aligned surfaces (walls, pillars, etc) but sticks in any horizontally aligned surfaces (floors, ceilings)
- A set of paper finger traps that transforms the fingers that are trapped inside them into larger, beastly claws if you break the finger trap trying to slide them out.
- Gloves that transform all parts of your body that they cover, covering them in fur and such. Fingerless.
- Sticky Notes with a musical staff drawn on it. If you draw notes on the staff and attach it to an instrument, the instrument will play the drawn notes. Malformed notation leads to loud, jumbled noises that are usually unpleasant to hear.
- A sticker with a window design that lets you see through anything its attached to that's less than 5 feet thick. The glue, however, is worn down.
- A jar that prevents anything inside it from self replicating. The only thing inside it right now is just some silvery goop that we're pretty sure is just some normal gray moss but we have been too scared to check.
- Bag with seemingly infinite space inside it, but only allows things considered "hammers" to be placed in it.
- A hook that makes any ropes attached to it indestructible. Comes with a rope already attached because the knot is too complicated for me to figure it out.
- Postage stamps enchanted to taste extremely good when licked. Not legal postage.
- A coin enchanted to never land on its side. It is not a fair coin, heads is more common, but that's for purely mundane reasons.
- A paintball gun that can fire without ammo. The phantom projectiles it fires in this case will magically recolor a small area to a random color in the radius around where they hit.
- Magic shoes that are 1: magically tied together and 2: magically prevent tripping.
- Magic Magnet so that for this magnet same sides attract and opposite sides repel. We're 99% confident this is magic and not the sides being mislabeled.
- Magic Medicine that doesn't fix any aches but instead makes it so they cause magical transformations. For example, if you have a headache, you might grow a horn, while a stomach ache might do something to your belly.
- Delayed Bouncy Ball: a bouncy ball that bounces 1 second after landing. Tossing it to the ground will have it seemingly stop dead for a second before suddenly rocketing back up. Tossing it at a wall will have it stop, drop to the floor, bounce away from the wall, then bounce off the floor.
- Chair with a gap for a tail. Its your standard office chair with a gap between the seat and the back, however, those without tails who sit in it will grow a tail that slots into this gap as long as they remain seated.
- A magic box has at least one enchantment, which simply prevents knowledge of any other enchantments that it may or may not have.
- A 6 sided die that rolls for way too long. A sample roll to test this lasts about 20 seconds before stopping.
- An extremely obvious cheating dartboard. Comes with blue and red darts. Blue darts are normal. Red darts, when thrown at the board, stop midway through the flight, turn to face the board, and slowly ease into the center of the bullseye. Note that throwing all three red darts at once will cause the three to bump into each other and fall to the ground, scoring 0 points.
- Potions that will magically transform you into various things, but only when there is zero chance of anyone but yourself seeing.
- Blindfolds that will transform you into various mysterious things, but only as long as you wear them in a way that prevents sight.
- Blindbags that contain figurines magically enshrouded in perpetual darkness that's too dark to see. We checked and they aren't even painted.
- A bed that forces anyone who sleep on it to dream of counting sheep. When you wake, you will become transformed into a sheep for exactly as many seconds as sheep were counted in the dream.
