😈🐭This sounds a great deal like the Demon Lord where I am from, except that her entire “plan” is simply doing things like this — helping people find the bodies they are comfortable in. Also, trying to figure out a way to work with the gods to stop, rather than merely minimize and contain, the genocidal conflict an alien trickster god instigated by preying on pre-existing tensions and especially the fear the powerful held of change and disruption.
