Some days we wish that actual art lessons felt remotely approachable. The stuff we've tried got super caught up on drawing circles, which is simply not interesting enough for our ADHD. Besides, we tend to do really badly with independent learning.1 But then, in person / remote learning is a whole thing too. Socially aaaah. (And that's assuming a private tutor, classes are unthinkable.)

So here we are just bumbling around on our own I guess. And it's not that we don't like a lot of what we make. We're actually quite impressed with our skills. It's just, disheartening with the things we can't. And limiting.


  1. At least, in the sense of learning something specific. We're quite good at picking up random stuff.
