  • Neck floof is easy to replace, because it was all jammed through a fully modelled neck, meaning deleting it does not affect anything else.
  • Similarly, the back tufts are just jammed through, which might(?) make it easier to rig them and animate them. (I want to give them physics.)
  • The UV mapping seems... not the best. The "nipples" while not modelled, are nonetheless cut out from the breasts, which are just poorly laid out.
  • Most of the texture has both sides separately, except for the arms and eyes. The gloves and eyes are both parts I want asymmetric, along with the thighs and face. (Gloves and thighs for my own asymmetric patterns, eyes for Sparkles's heterochromia, face for Tanwen's asterism, which shines through any clothing. 'Cause I wanna be able to express adorning any headmate.)
  • The legs are modelled digitrade and rigged plantigrade. Does this help in some way, or was it just a shortcut?

I dunno how long this momentum will last, but with Tanwen retexturing her model, our confidence is bolstered a little. Particularly, if I make edits that necessitate significant retexturing, I now know that that's doable for us.
