What did you use to make the actual flag gifs of them flopping around, out of curiosity?
i don't know if something changed in how cohost/firefox renders things to make them not disappear when the next one comes in and all just overlap each other, but i like the effect anyway. all the flags are here they're having a party
i was changing it for dark mode and it ended up like this which i thought was funny 
ah, I was worried something was wrong with firefox or something. but yeah, good effect anyway
can't tell if the graphics and text overlapping is intentional or not but it makes the post 1000x better either way
