this is actually a good thing, but if you really need to change it, try to go to sleep at a multiple of 90 minutes from when you wake up. like for example if you wake up at 5:00 like me, you could go to sleep at 12:30, 11:00, or 9:30 instead of 9 flat. it actually helps me be more energized in the morning too!
