Prelude - one might assume this area to smell of blood, but it's actually a pizza sauce factory. as such all five main levels smell very much like pizza. 0-S smells slightly less of pizza because Something Wicked ate it all
Limbo - Limbo specifically smells like cheap oven pizza. the kind you'd buy for super cheap at a store. 1-4 however smells like much nicer pizza because V2 ordered takeout
Lust - the city of Lust has many pizza places, however the strong winds cause the pizza smell to be blown away. 2-2 smells slightly more of pizza since it's actually in the streets
2-S - arguably the most pizza-smelling level in the game. when you bump into Mirage you drop your toast (close enough to pizza.) also at the end the two of you agree to go grab lunch, which could very easily be pizza. they also appear to be in a populated street which would likely have some pizza places like 2-2
Gluttony - Gluttony is basically just one big stomach. of COURSE it smells like pizza if they ate pizza. 3-2 smells more like pizza because Gabriel ordered some while waiting for V1
P-1 - he also shared some with minos
Greed - as seen in 4-2, among the sands lies the famous Eiffel Tower of Italy (pictured above.) as Italy is the birthplace of pizza, this makes Greed the pizzaest layer yet. 4-1 smells a bit less of pizza as it is further from the ground
Wrath - Wrath unfortunately does not smell much like pizza. however, 5-3 smells like the Krusty Krab and as we all know the Krusty Krab will happily serve you pizza. 5-S also smells like seafood and people put anchovies on their pizzas sometimes
Heresy - Heresy smells like an oven. not like pizza, just like an oven. 6-2 smells even less like pizza because Gabriel is angry and you're not you when you're hungry
P-2 - think of P-2 like a party hosted by a bunch of teenagers. everyone is there and the streets no doubt have several pizza places. this is further supported by the Tomato Sauce Tunnel found halfway through the stage. however, what puts this level above the rest is Sisyphus getting hungry and ordering pizza while he was stuck in the Flesh Panopticon, making this one of the levels of all time
Violence - 7-1 does not smell like pizza due to how clean the Garden of Forking Paths is. 7-2 smells like burnt pizza due to the bombs and intense gunfire causing the pizza to overheat. 7-3 is where they grow the tomato leaves to make the pizza, as can be clearly seen with the tomato trees you grow throughout the level. finally, Earthmover is the machine that cooks the pizza using the ingredients from 7-3
