In an effort to journal more actively on this site I'm going to note some thoughts and ideas I will try to discuss with my therapist for my appointment today.
I forgot to mention this. I was going to do like a before and after post for therapy but there was a scheduling snaffu.
For a while I was considering responding to these points myself in the interest of online transparency / self therapizing, but I just distracted myself with youtube video essays instead.
