fast. I'm curious, how's the simming feel in this game? It's older and I wonder how effectively a simulation of its time would be able to account for changes in tuning. Been a hot minute since I've played and I don't remember how much granularity actually exists, especially since it's ultimately an arcade racer imo.
i went 280 km/h around a right angle, it's not a sim racer at all lmao. the tuning is pretty oversimplified, but it noticeably impacts your car.
YOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! are you sure that's the WR? there's only a single time for it on the speedrun.com leaderboards which is about a second faster :O anyways i do wonder how fun it would be to start speedrunning this game. there's like no competitors for it so i don't feel intimidated by the idea
i think you're on the PSX leaderboards, cuz there are no IL times except a damage-on Celtic Ruins run for PC

yeah that one has no entries. i'm guessing because to get a tuned car you need to play the career mode, and thus you also need to complete the track within one of the career mode events, and thus there's also opponents and you can't change the map settings etc. seems like a category nobody would really want to try because of that.
e; actually i don't know if that's referring to the car upgrades or the car tuning. hmm. maybe i'm wrong!
i wonder who is gonna beat the stock record though :O (guessing it'd be you since you have much more experience with racing than i do but hey, who knows)
