I have some good friends who really care about me but I can still feel like a wallflower even when I'm not.
Not sure how I should feel about craving the love of people I trust, but recieving it is often seen as an invitation for people I don't know to join in.
To clarify; really close friend of mine was petting me in VRChat, which is fine and I like it enough, but when friends of friends of friends see that, and comment "oh they are so cute" and then try to pet me too, I have mini panic attacks.
Icing on the cake: I stayed up way too late the night before my recheduled therapy, and now I've got so many confused feelings.
