the tag input rewrite is now live! we have now fixed every known bug related to the tag input field on android (and one related to the tag input field on Everything)!
you have no idea how fucking glad i am to not have this set of P1s hanging over my head anymore
this is sooooo much better thank you!!!!!! i seem to have parity between desktop+mobile now, except using "," on my mobile still doesn't terminate the tag. is that expected? it's not hard to work around but wasn't sure if i should say something 😅
android version 12, chrome 106.0.5249.126. I'm also using Gboard instead of the default software keyboard (I'll futz around with this in a sec and see if i can repro w/ default..... ETA: ok yeah this happens on both default samsung keyboard and gboard for me)
for sure!! like i said, it's pretty easy to work around because the enter key submits the tag, so definitely not a big issue. thank you for all the work you put into it!! 
got it! my dev device is on 13 so i'm guessing it's a version-specific thing. guess i'll find out tomorrow!
I have this issue too, on Android 11, with Firefox 105.2.0, Gboard 12.2.05.
