depends on the context. if i'm doing funky stuff with the differential operator, leibnitz is the only one that works. if i'm doing simple diffeqs, lagrange is a decent shorthand. if i'm specifically working with time derivatives, newton is nice since it frees up ' for other things (e.g. transformed values, alternate reference frames, space derivatives)
I voted Lagrange because I like the simplicity but like mle I think Leibniz notation can be handy for giving an idea of how stuff is gonna work.
