Item #: FoY-1673

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedure: Given FoY-1673’s unique nature of being a building containment is difficult. All attempts to relocate FoY-1673 have proven impossible, as such the property has instead been purchased and security measures put in place around the property itself. To reduce suspicion generic fencing has been used in place of security fences around the perimeter of the property, with restricted access and 24 hour surveillance. FoY-1673 has been fitted with level 1 security locks, all higher tier security seems to fail, we believe this is due to the nature of FoY-1673. This has proven sufficient enough to deter the general public from attempting to enter the property.

**Description:**FoY-1673, also known as “The Daycare” appears to be a normal daycare center. The outside of FoY-1673 is painted in soft pastel colours, with a bright colourful sign reading “Daycare” above its front entryway. A rough estimate of size is approximately 4500 square feet, as of yet we have been unable to obtain an accurate measurement of the location as every attempt to measure has resulted in different measurements, this is consistent with FoY-1673’s unique nature.

Inside FoY-1673 has an unknown number of rooms, it seems as though whenever a new individual enters the building a number of new rooms are generated, or current rooms change to accommodate this new individual. This has made mapping of the structure near impossible. To date over 300 individual rooms have been cataloged, including 16 different playrooms, 7 different kitchen and prep rooms, 4 different nap rooms each with their own age ranges, 6 storage rooms, 2 “diaper” rooms, 5 different indoor parks, 3 indoor playset rooms and a small indoor pool room with a kiddy pool. Interestingly the only rooms that remain consistent is the check in area at the front door, and the back room that leads to the outside play area. Because of this inconsistency Foundation policy states that everyone who enters the

FoY-1673 has an unusual effect on those who enter it: A slow regression. While this regression is slow, it increases in speed the longer the individual stays inside. Regression also seems to stop at a general toddler age in all individuals. A full regression takes approximately 36-48 hours, with first visible signs of regression only beginning at the 12-15 hour mark. It is believed that regression begins the moment anyone enters the structure, but is only noticeable after that period. Those who leave FoY-1673 will re-age at a relatively rapid rate, however the longer the exposure to FoY-1673 the longer the re-aging will take. Estimates are a few days for a few hours exposure, to a few years for days or weeks of exposure.

FoY-1673 also contains inhabitants that seem to not be affected by the regressive properties, these individuals have been classified as FoY-1673-B. These inhabitants appear to be regular people roughly 20-30 years of age at first glance, however they seem incapable of responding to anyone who has not been exposed to FoY-1673 for less than 24 hours, and only respond to those exposed for at least 24 hours as though they were merely children. All observations of FoY-1673-B show them to always be in an upbeat mood, always smiling, and always eager to play with those who are in the Daycare. It has also been noted that almost all those who have done extended studies on FoY-1673 and FoY-1673-B have said FoY-1673-B is somewhat off-putting, never seems to sleep, and is always watching those within the FoY-1673.

To date only one single instance of FoY-1673-B acting outside these noted behaviors has occurred. This incident has been referred to as “The Daycare Incident.” The incident in question occurred when one of our personnel attempted to force FoY-1673-B to address them by grabbing one of them on the shoulder and demanding a response. The individual in question was instantly incapacitated and dragged into a previously unknown room, spanked, and stuck in the corner on a small stool. Any attempts to rescue the person in question were met with comments from FoY-1673-B that they were in a time out, and a “very bad boy.” They were kept in time out until they were fully regressed, at which time they were released into the daycare. A bed with their name on it was later found in one of the “nap rooms.”

All studies of FoY-1673 and FoY-1673-B have shown that if not provoked FoY-1673-B is not hostile, and in fact enjoys taking care of regressed individuals. As such, FoY-1673 has been deemed safe, and has been authorized for general use for “reeducating” individuals caught violating the Foundation rules, or those caught attempting to sell, trade, or steal regressive items.
