I'm basically jacking the basics from Pulp Alley and then making shit up as I go.
It's not a lot of work to write all that, but you have to be making unfinished projects at once somehow.

I'll give the elves 6" if I ever consider adding Banshees and Scorpions. Taking "Tacticals are a match for elites in other armies" to heart.
That and Marines supposedly being freakily fast.
freakily fast for humans that large, anyway. fair point re: vs other elites though
