Non-mainstream miniature wargames
We're having opinions on games not developed by GW, PP, Mantic, etc..
The way they're talking about this makes it obvious that Spartans are just the beginning, but idk how they're going to expand this. Deadzone is an obvious choice, but considering how much more powerful a Spartan is supposed to be when compared to a Grunts, it would be hard to balance it on such a small scale.
I feel like the CAN in "can move" already implies that you MAY move if you want, but you DON'T HAVE TO. Similarly, UP TO should already cover any range from 0 to [movement stat]
